I normally don’t do this, but felt it was absolutely necessary to let everyone out there know to NEVER stay at this campground!  The owners are very unhappy and unfriendly!  They hate the people that come to the campground and they don’t try to hide that fact.  The customer service is absolutely APPALING! If you are staying in one of the cabins, be prepared to pay extra for your bedding (since that is not included in the price)!  If you wish to shower after 11 AM, you have to pay $5. They are extremely rude when you check in or even if you ask them the most minute questions. If you want to camp, there are absolutely no campfires (even if it is contained), and if you wish to use your provided BBQ pit, you must ask permission first! No talking or visiting with your friends after 10 PM…which is deemed as “quiet time” which in their eyes means you should go to bed! If you don’t go to bed, and are caught talking, watch out…they yell and scream obscenities at you like you are a teenager and get in your face if you don’t comply all the while telling you they don’t want to hear another peep! They will even threaten to kick you out and call the sheriff to have you escorted out! Don’t bring your pets here, they say they are welcome, but they cannot be in the cabins and they cannot be on the grassy areas at all!  Seriously, spend your money somewhere else that will be appreciated and welcomed happily!  In today’s economy, people are being more cautious about spending money and I for one want to support businesses that enjoy their business and their customers!
