We were going to camp here, on the internet and when I talked to the owner it sounded perfect! The price is affordable, and I liked that she didn't charge for extra vehicles. We decided to drive out there today to make sure it would work for our 2 toddlers, and a family member that had her hips replaced. I was so disappointed. The lower sites, in the wooded area are all very small. It's down a steep gravel driveway with the big gravel and lots of potholes. I was actually so scared driving down there that I didn't pay much attention to the sites. What I thought, by reading the website, was going to be a beach swimming area looked more like some dirt with a huge drop off. If it were going to be just my husband and I, then it would be fine. There's no way I could even push a stroller up the gravel road. There are sites in the upper area, but they are more like in a field. We like camping in the “woods” with some privacy, so this didn't work for us either. Ivy was very nice when I talked to her on the phone, and the best time to call her is between 7-9 pm. I'm glad that we went and checked it out before our camping trip, but now we have to scramble to find a new place. :o(
