    o.d. is nothing more than a future salvage yard.over priced band-aided filthy out dated roach infested sardine cans. people are heavily medicated on illegal drugs, peeping toms. crime seems to be an everyday norm. if your a lowlife with a criminal and drug issue this is a home for u.

      i was amazed at the filthy living conditions a tenant must endure. these units are old, not well maintained, maint. is lacking in abilities. duct tape is the main source of any repair. scared to bring children into park,never notified of the child molesters, drug dealing,maint. man a peeping tom..i would recommend staying far from this park.
