This is a great campground! I use to be a seasonal camper there for years and still feel at home when I visit each year! Of course my tent camping is much different from the lot D days and a camper. The bathrooms are always clean. People there are nice but will never let anyone be too loud or too crazy, but that is good if you want a nice comfortable clean family campground.

If you have a dog, please review their dog policy with them before booking. Dogs must be quiet 100% of the time and you cannot walk your dog in the park. You MUST walk your dog in the required area and have to either carry or transport your dog in your vehicle to this area. Don’t even try to walk your dog there on a leash, the seasonal campers will nastily remind you of the policy. The entire atmosphere of the park is unfriendly and it starts with owners.

Traci, As the owner of the campground I take great offense to you saying the atmosphere was unfriendly starting with the owners!!! I am the one who took your reservation for 3 sites. I am the one who apoligized repeatedly about you not being told of the dog policy when you complained and I was the one to give all three of your party a refund no questions asked, for the last night when you chose to leave due to the horrible weather we had. I would like to know at what time I ever was nasty or unfriendly to you?? I have no problem with people voiceing their opinions and posting reviews but do so fairly.

Not a fan at all. An absurd policy – who ever heard of not being able to walk your dog when you go camping – they should just say no dogs allowed.
