If you have a larger rig and /or two vehicles you will have a hard time with parking here. We have a toyhauler and a motor trike and enjoy riding the parkway from a campground base. We park our $30K trike under a pop up shelter and are not crazy about parking a half mile away in an overflow parking area as suggested by the National Park “Gestaspo” Ranger. We parked in a graveled/grassy area next to our camper but that was not acceptable, it must be on a crumbling paved area, which is is very short supply for larger rigs and multiple vehicles. We were headed out that day anyway so we packed our wagon and got out of “Berlin”. We have visited this campground for over twenty years and never been treated like this. We are both seniors and have seen this campround go downhill and we most likely will never return, if economic times do not improve soon I can see this campground and others on the Parkway closed as Bluffs Lodge and the great little diner there have already closed 2 years ago.
