Nestled in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, Copake KOA is easily accessible from three Northern States, NY, MA, and CT! We provide daily planned activities (starting in July) and themed weekeds (Christmas to Wizarding Fun). Come join our family and book with us today!

Catamount Adventure Park

• The Catamount Adventure Park offers family fun for ages 8 and up. This aerial forest adventure is fun, exciting and safe for all participants. The park offers eight different courses for all abilities. You will develop skills, endurance and confidence during your time in the Park. The Adventure Park Staff has been thoroughly trained to assist everyone using the Park and is there to help.

Bash Bish Falls

• Located in the extreme southwest corner of Mass. is Bash Bish Falls, one of Massachusetts' most dramatic and its highest single-drop waterfall. Cascading water tumbles through a series of gorges and a hemlock-hardwood ravine forest, and then drops about 60 feet into a sparkling pool below.

Lime Rock Park

• In its 55-year existence, almost all of the sport's greats have raced here. From the mid-1990s onward, Lime Rock has seen everything from the ground-pounding NASCAR stock cars and modifieds to the technological tour de force ALMS prototypes - The "greenest" racing in North America.

Tanglewood

• Visit Tanglewood, the Summer home of the Boston Pops. See amazing classical music concerts, operas, recitals, and festivals as well as contemporary performers such as James Taylor and Carole King.

From the New York State Thruway I-87:
Exit 21 to RT-23/Catskill. Turn Left onto CR 23E, merge sLeft towards Hudson. Cross over Rip Van Winkle Bridge (toll) stay on 23E to NY82 (11.7 mi). Turn Left onto CR-7 (4.5 mi). KOA on Right.
Total Distance 25.79 miles

From the New York State Thruway I-90:
Exit B3 NY-22 toward Austerlitz (9.1 mi). Turn slight Right to stay on NY-22 (12.87 mi). Turn Right onto CR-7A (2.47 mi). CR-7A becomes CR-7 (.007 mi).
KOA on Left.
Total Distance 24.51 miles

From the Clock Tower in downtown Copake. The campground is 1.8 miles on County Route 7A. We are a few hundred feet past the turn where 7A and 7
come together.

Please remember the Taconic is a quicker route by car from NYC, but large trucks and RV's are not allowed on the Taconic Parkway.
