  1. Hilander62 is right, but the dogs are only the half of it. She is a contradiction. I’ve grown tired of the dogs too but I have nowhere else to go. The park is so run down now it’s a shame she’s let it go. The septic smell from the leach field can peel paint and strip varnish. The bugs can eat you alive because there is nothing but Southwest Florida Water Management District swamp land around the park. The traffic on Osowaw Blvd has killed seven people in the last four years on just two miles of road. Seems like the county should do something but they won’t.

  2. Ms. VanHook who owns park uses Christianity like a weapon, yet sets around drinkng, then does not enforce her own pet policy, as a result in living there 11/2 years my dog while on a leash was attacked 5 times. When I asked her to enforce her own policy I was asked to leave the park. My dog is 0nly 17lbs and the dogs she allows to run free there are 40 to 100 lbs dogs. Three different dogs have attacked my dog. There are two dogs here now that are around 85lbs each, one of which attacked my dog twice, yet her policy is no dogs over 30 lbs.
