    NOT A FIVE STAR CAMPGROUND!!!

We toured the place last weekend ……. not good.

We tow a relatively small fifth wheel and although I could handle the narrow, winding, very steep entry I wouldn’t want to have to manuever into their campsites. Keep in mind that I say this from years of tractor-trailer experience running city pickup & delivery for class A carriers. I’ve been in and out of some really bad stuff and I wouldn’t do this place for recreation ….. challenge maybe, but not relaxation.

After our tour I have to say there would be no reason for us to endure the bad roads and tight conditions because there is nothing there …. no view, no scenery, no atmosphere, no amenities, no activities, no grass, not much of anything for the riduculously high price of $34.95 A NIGHT for a site with electric and water. We were actually surprised that their “picnic shelter” had an electrified vending machine in it!

Try one of the Interstate Parks …. you’ll be a LOT happier.
