The bathrooms and laundry facilities are equally not well maintained. The “Pavilion” as they call it a screened storage building that IS NOT a place to gather and the exercise equipment is not functional. Primarily it is rusted out that campers that people live in permanently live in. Do not waste your money or your time. It is over-priced for what you really get.

Quiet and peaceful, the manager is very helpful, prices are great and if you are a seasonal shutdown worker like me they have special pricing. No reservations just call a day ahead and they will have a spot for you. They also have free wifi.

They do not do background checks on long term tenants. This is not a place to bring your children. There are different rules for different tenants. If you don’t agree with everthing the manager says, he will find a way to get you out. That is why it is so empty. Dredgers and other seasonal campers are finding elsewhere to stay. There are other campgrounds around that are better until this owner gets better management.
