Big Rock Campground offers seasonal access to hiking, fishing and picnicking opportunities. The campground has vault toilets and hand-pump water.

Recreation near Big Rock Campground

• Wonderful cold water fishing is available just west of the campground along East Branch Pemigewasset River.
• Lincoln Woods Trail, west of the campground and Hancock Notch Trail, east of the campground offer access into the Pemigewasset Wilderness Area reaching heights in access of 4,000 feet.
• A network of trails also exit on the south side of SR 112.
• Located in the White Mountains National Forest
